Heads up: Character slot upgrades are applied in-game by an authorized admin after verification. Please follow the steps below to avoid delays.

1) Confirm your purchase went through

  • After checkout, Tebex will email you a receipt/confirmation.
  • Keep your order ID handy (you’ll need it for support).

2) Join our Discord (required)

You must join our Discord so we can verify your purchase and process your upgrade.

3) Make sure your Discord account is linked / correct

To avoid delays:

  • Use the same Discord account you plan to use for the server.
  • If you have multiple Discord accounts, make sure you’re logged into the correct one before joining.

4) Verify you received the “Tebex custom” role

Once you’re in Discord:

  • Look at your profile in the server (or your roles list).
  • Confirm you have the role: Tebex custom
✅ If you see Tebex custom, go to Step 5.
❌ If you don’t see it after a few minutes, still open a ticket (Step 5) and include your order ID.

5) Open a Support Ticket (required)

Your character slot upgrade is applied in-game by an authorized admin, so you must create a ticket.

  1. Go to the Support / Tickets channel.
  2. Click Open Ticket (or use the ticket command if your Discord uses one).
  3. In your ticket, paste the template below.

6) Processing time

  • Your request will be completed within 24 business hours maximum.
  • Most upgrades are processed sooner, but during busy periods it may take the full window.

Important notes (avoid delays)

  • Slot upgrades are not instant because they require verification and an admin applying it in-game.
  • If your Discord role didn’t apply automatically, don’t worry — include your Tebex Order ID in the ticket.
  • Please don’t open multiple tickets for the same purchase (it slows processing).
